The lessons teach students how to work and think in a group and include strategies for fitting in during different social situations, information on how to use and interpret both verbal and nonverbal language to understand how communication happens, and overall communication strategies for school aged children through adulthood. Individualized education plan (IEP) goal suggestions that can help reinforce the concepts are integrated into each chapter and are included on the CD.
