Need help selecting items for your purchase order? We can help you assemble the best resources for your school. Our knowledgeable staff will work with you to select materials tailored to your specific needs. If we don’t have an item, we’ll contact our suppliers and make every effort to locate it for you. Contact us for more information.

International Wire Transfer: We’re happy to facilitate your wire transfer from outside the United States, including creating accurate pro forma invoices. Please contact the bookstore at 919-743-0204, ext. 1130, or books@autismsociety-nc.org for more information about wire transfers.

Shipping:

The Autism Society of North Carolina Bookstore uses a supported employment model. Our supported employment employees proudly pack and ship each order. Every order helps an adult with an Autism Spectrum Disorder gain valuable job skills and increased independence.

Shipping rates:

North Carolina orders: 10% of your subtotal
Out-of-state US orders: 15% of your subtotal
International orders (including Mexico and Canada): 30% of your subtotal

Discounted shipping will be charged on a prorated scale for orders over $500. The minimum shipping rate is $2.69. If you have questions about our shipping rates, please contact us at 919-743-0204, ext. 1130, or books@autismsociety-nc.org.

School purchase orders and bulk orders (seven or more of a single title) can take longer to ship. We will contact you if more time is needed.

Return policy:

The Autism Society of North Carolina Bookstore offers a 14-day return policy (from date of purchase) on books and media. Other merchandise cannot be returned. Customers must contact us for a return authorization and can request an exchange or a refund (not including shipping charges). All books must be returned in saleable condition, and packages should include return shipping tracking information.
